What we collect

The Ownership Diagnostic, Speaking & Media, and Partnership & General inquiry forms collect the information a visitor chooses to provide, such as name, email address, organization, inquiry category, proposed timing, and a brief message.

The Ownership Brief subscription and scored self-assessment forms collect an email address and any other information the visitor chooses to provide through those forms.

The forms are not intended for confidential information, legal-matter facts, financial information, ownership records, or time-sensitive communications.

Plausible Analytics collects limited, aggregated information about website use, such as page visits, referral sources, and general device or geographic information. Plausible is designed to provide website analytics without using cookies or creating persistent personal profiles.

Why we collect it

Inquiry information is used to route, evaluate, and respond to the inquiry and to maintain appropriate business records.

Subscription information is used to deliver The Ownership Brief and other communications the subscriber has requested or agreed to receive. Assessment information is used to deliver the scored self-assessment and any related communications disclosed at the point of collection.

Website analytics are used to understand how visitors find and use the site and to improve its content and performance.

Who processes or receives it

Inquiry submissions are processed through Resend, an email-delivery provider, and delivered to Aurelia Mitchell Durant’s business intake mailbox.

Subscription and assessment submissions are processed through MailerLite, which provides embedded forms, subscriber-list management, and email delivery.

Website-usage information is processed through Plausible Analytics.

These providers may process and retain information according to their own security, privacy, and retention practices.

Legal matters are not accepted through these website forms. Prospective legal clients are directed to Rimon’s separate conflicts and engagement process.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral tracking. Plausible Analytics does not use cookies. Embedded forms and other essential service providers may process technical information necessary to operate, secure, and deliver their services. The embedded subscription and assessment forms use Google reCAPTCHA to prevent automated abuse. When reCAPTCHA is executed, Google sets a necessary _GRECAPTCHA cookie for risk analysis and processes technical information from the visitor’s browser.

How information is stored and secured

The website does not maintain a public database of inquiry submissions. Information may remain in the receiving business mailbox and in the systems of the service providers identified above, subject to their security and retention practices.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. Visitors should not use these forms to transmit confidential, sensitive, or time-critical information.

How long we keep it

Inquiry records are retained only as reasonably needed to evaluate and respond to the inquiry, maintain business records, and satisfy applicable legal, professional, security, or operational requirements.

Subscriber information is retained while the subscription remains active or as otherwise reasonably required for compliance and recordkeeping. Subscribers may unsubscribe through the link included in each subscription email.
